We are beginning our wonderful Novel Study! The novel we are reading and enjoying as a group is We Were Liars. We finished reading it, and are now working on analysis (big ideas, journals, allegory analysis, character, etc.)
Social Studies 8 is a captivating investigation into Worldviews in Conflict. We are beginning our third and final unit of the year: Japan, from Isolation to Adaptation. We are finishing Chapter 12 (Land of the Rising Sun) and are beginning Chapter 13 (Japan Under the Shogun).
